1976 Electro-Harmonix Golden Throat Talk Box pedal. It works perfectly and sounds excellent. This is the best talk box you can buy. This is the original very first version. Includes a brand new tube. The pedal shows wear and tear, with dings and scuffs throughout. The red cover for the overload light is missing.

- This pedal connects between your amp and your speaker.
- When engaged, sound to your speaker is bypassed and all audio from your amp passes through the tube.
- Stand in front of a microphone and place the tube in your mouth. Different shapes you make with your mouth result in a very unique Wah effect. The microphone amplifies the sound.
- The built-in overload light lets you know if your amp is sending too much power to the pedal. Turn down your amp if the light turns on.

There are a total of 4 products to the Electro Harmonix Golden Throat Series. It is commonly referred to as a reference for talkboxes. The high power 100W compression driver produces a straight and true resemblance of the sound. Unfortunately, they are no longer manufactured. Talkboxers around the world are also in search of these drivers so it could be priced fairly high.
