1965 Gibson J-50 ADJ with a Natural finish. This guitar is in outstanding condition with very little playwear for its age. It is all original with no modifications. The guitar weighs 4.33 pounds. The neck thickness measures 0.852" at the 1st fret and 1.002" at the 9th fret. It has a 1-11/16" nut width. String action is currently set to 0.120" at the 12th fret, and there is no buzzing anywhere. This is a great playing vintage acoustic and sounds wonderful.
There are no cracks or major dings anywhere, just some light finish checking, tiny scuffs, and some typical worming on the back. The frets look nearly new with no visible fretwear. The frets have also just been polished to a bright shine. The fingerboard is very clean. The neck is perfectly straight. No issues with the headstock and the original tuners work perfectly.
Includes a non-original but period-correct case in good working condition. All latches work, as does the handle. There is typical wear on the case throughout.
